"Packaging was rough compared to others"
The product itself seems okay, but the box showed up really banged up and crushed, and there was a little bit of leaking inside. I’ve ordered similar items from other brands and they usually pack them a lot more securely, so this was a bit disappointing

"Didn’t really work for my fine hair"
I wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t a great match for my fine hair. My loose curls ended up looking flat, and my hair felt kind of greasy afterward. Probably better for someone with thicker or drier hair.

I have a sensitive scalp, which is annoying because I’m always second-guessing shampoos and hair products, especially after showers when I’m trying to get ready and don’t want to deal with itching or redness. But after using this, my scalp felt calm and comfortable with no irritation. that alone makes me want to keep using it.

"Finally less frizz"
My curls usually puff up by lunchtime, but this actually kept the frizz down all day. My hair felt soft too, not greasy at all. It took a few tries to figure out the right amount, but I am happy with it.

"Texture was just okay"
I wanted to like this, but the texture is thick and not really my favorite. It took more effort than I expected to spread it around, which got annoying quickly. Overall, it was just okay for me.

I liked how my curls looked right after using it, especially on wash day. They had decent definition and looked good at first. But by the next day, my hair started getting a little frizzy and felt kind of dry. I think other curly-haired customers might feel the same, it’s not a bad product, but if you’re looking for curls that stay fresh for a couple days, this might not be the one.

"Still Didn’t Help My Tangles"
I really wanted this to work, but my hair still knotted up badly after using it. I ended up having to use another conditioner just to get through the tangles. whoever runs this should probably rethink the formula because it didn’t do much for me.

"Customer service was no help"
I feel kind of stupid for trusting them. I reached out about my order and their customer service was basically useless. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, they didn’t actually answer my question. It felt like they were just brushing me off instead of trying to fix anything. I usually like trying new hair products, but this whole experience really put me off ordering from them again.

Used adwoa for my dry, itchy scalp and it actually helped. Flakes eased up after a few washes and my scalp stopped feeling so tight. Smells good too. I’d get it again.

"Pretty good moisture, but I’m not totally sold"
I did get a nice bit of hydration from these, and my hair definitely felt softer after wash day. At first I was like, okay, this might be a new favorite, actually, maybe not, because the moisture didn’t last as long as I hoped. I ended up needing to refresh sooner than I expected. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average for my hair.

"Clean Ingredients and Easy to Use"
I took a quick look at the ingredients before buying, and they seemed really clean, which I appreciated. After using it, my hair feels nice without that heavy or weird residue some products leave behind. If you’re looking for something simple that does the job, I’d recommend giving it a try.

"Worth it in the end"
I wasn’t totally sure at first because the prices felt a little high, and I remember double-checking my email receipt like, did I really spend that much? But the products have lasted way longer than I expected. My hair feels really good, and I only need a small amount each time, so it ended up being worth it for me.
